Call for Nominations – 2022 Trustee Election
Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Trust (the Trust) The Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Trust (the Trust) is the PSGE for Rangitāne o Wairarapa and Rangitāne o Tamaki nui-ā-Rua, set up to receive and manage the Treaty settlement redress.
The Trust is governed by Seven Trustees, four of whom must retire by rotation later this year.
Nominations are now called to fill those pending vacancies. Nominations must be made on the official nomination form which can be obtained by phoning the election helpline 0800 666 043 or emailing iro@electionz.com
Nominations close at 12 Noon, Friday 30 September 2022.
In the event that more than four valid nominations are received, an election will be held amongst registered adult members of the Trust by postal, internet and ballot box voting at the AGM, to be held on Saturday 19 November 2022. Further notice will be given closer to the time.
Invitation to Register
The Trust also invites anyone over the age of 18, with the appropriate whakapapa, who has not already enrolled, to apply to be included on the Trust register. Registration forms are available online at www.tumaira.nz/registrations or by email request at registrations@tumaira.nz
