Resignation of a Trustee and the appointment of a new Deputy Chair

The Board wishes to advise whānau that Lewis Karaitiana has resigned as a Trustee of Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Trust. The trust would like to thank Lewis for his service and time as a board member.
Tini whetū ki te rangi ko Rangitāne nui ki te whenua, hei te tau tītoki! We wish him well for the future.
Following the resignation of Lewis, the board has appointed Piri Te Tau the Deputy Chair. This is an acknowledgement of his service and work ethic. We wish him well in this new role.
Pursuant to our Deed of Trust, the board has decided to leave the vacancy made by Lewis’ resignation vacant until the AGM later this year, when whānau can elect a replacement.
