AGM Update
The in-person venue for the 2021 AGM has changed. The new venue will be the Dannevirke Town Hall.
To recap the last pānui:
Due to COVID-19 uncertainties, we are limiting in-person attendance to 100 people. There will be seats set aside for Trustees and kaumātua; we expect to have 70 seats available for whānau to comply with the limit.
To secure a seat, you must RSVP by emailing info@tumaira.iwi.nz. We will not be allowing more than 100 people into the venue.
We respectfully ask that COVID-19 vaccinated whānau only attend, but this will not be checked. We also ask for tamariki to stay at home to allow for pakeke to join.
We encourage you to participate in the Hui ā-Tau from home, especially if you live outside of the takiwā. You will be able to join the AGM online via www.tumaira.nz/agm.
To keep the hui timely and to ensure we cover as much information as possible, we are asking whānau to email their questions ahead of the hui. We will then arrange to have these questions answered during the hui or reply directly as is appropriate. You can email your questions to info@tumaira.iwi.nz.
If time permits, we will ask for questions from the floor/online after each section. Instructions on how to ask questions for those joining online will be provided below the Livestream.
