Electrical Apprenticeship

Tū Mai Rā Energy specialises in delivering solar energy and electrical solutions to a wide range of customers. Owned by the iwi, Rangitāne o Tamaki nui-ā-Rua & Rangitāne o Wairarapa, our company is looking to grow its solar and electrician workforce.
We have an opportunity for a member of Rangitāne to become an Electrical Apprentice. You’ll learn on the job, under the supervision of our qualified electricians. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience with cutting-edge renewable energy solutions alongside classical electrical skills to become a qualified electrician.
The position is located in Tauranga, and travel to out of region job sites will be expected with consideration given to the frequency of travel and exceptional personal circumstances that may exist.
If you’re practical, motivated, physically fit and enjoy the experience of hands-on learning, then an electrical trade might be for you! You will earn as you learn and work in a friendly and supportive environment.
